Terms of use
Last updated October 18, 2026
These terms cover your use of dpeportal.com and joining an early access list. By submitting a form on this site, you agree to them. The DPE Portal product will have its own terms when accounts open.
Early access
DPE Portal is in development. Joining a waitlist doesn't guarantee an account, a launch date or any particular feature. What's described on this site may change before or after launch, and we may pause or end early access at any time.
The founding examiner offer
Founding examiners use Pro free during early access. We'll confirm founding pricing in writing before you're ever asked to pay for anything.
Your responsibilities as an examiner
DPE Portal is a scheduling and paperwork tool. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the Federal Aviation Administration. You remain responsible for your designation, for following FAA orders and guidance, and for every filing you sign in DMS or IACRA.
What you send us
Give us accurate information, and only send information you have the right to share. Don't use the forms to send anything unlawful or anyone else's personal information without their permission. We handle what you send as described in our Privacy Policy.
Emails from us
We'll email you about the request you made, such as your waitlist spot or your question. We only send product updates and early access news if you checked the box to get them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
